Litigation Risk Assessors:

Our team of litigation risk assessors for specific areas of law will work under a leader and will be responsible for the first level of review of cases. Assessors will undertake risk assessments and evaluate the legal merits and also determine whether cases are suitable for ‘no win no fee’ in various UK jurisdictions. Assessors will complete case reports for all applications which may involve writing a case summary, scoring the case according to specific criteria and formatting the application for our database.

Call Handlers:

Our team of call handlers will take applications over the phone from potential clients for our litigation solutions.

  • After receiving your evidence, your application will be evaluated to assess whether the case may qualify for No Win No Fee or any other litigation funding options.
  • If your application is considered suitable, one of our in-house legal professionals or panel solicitors will contact you to discuss your matter.
